HICAS light is on
HICAS light is on
I have a 1990 Q45T with the HICAS light on at start up. After about 10 mins of driving that light goes out. Can someone help me? Thanks....

have you checked your fluid level? PS fluid, that is.

hey, i been having the same problem in my 92 Q with 125,000 miles. It started when it started getting cold here( i live in CT). Only my hicas light now stays on all the time. I had my PS fluid level checked and it was fine. Interested in seeing how much its could cost me to fix.

My HICAS light would come on when its really cold.... Add some fluid!
Does anyone know how to decipher the code? Because when that light comes on it can mean I think 22 different things, and there is a test to find out what it is. I live in California and it never really get really cold here and my light stays on constantly. It can be a lot of things, for me, I believe it is my rear steering because my car is alittle fishy in the back. Anyways look into the hicas test and it'll tell you whats wrong!
