HICAS eliminator questions?

ok, ive used the red button of death and i havent found out what im looking for. will the spl parts hicas eliminator allow me to remove every hicas component in my car? does the other hicas canceller bars let e do this as well or does it just lock the system, im looking to completely remove all hicas components to save some weight and to clean things up a bit.

it is just basically something that will lock up the system. i dont think you will be removing the HICAS stuff.
