HICAS Canceller + advice?

Hey guys.... I want to lock the HICAS on my 92 240. I have heard the Tomei lock kit sucks, but I'm not having much luck in finding any alternatives. SPLParts has one but its way to expensive.

Has anyone heard of Uras HICAS Canceller. http://www.systemqs.com offered me the Uras HICAS Canceller to me for $200CDN shipped to my door.

also, since I will be doing the SR swap I was wondering if it is a good idea to can the whole powersteering and A/C unit... I was wondering if anyone has any experience with it getting too damn hot in the summer... lol

I know I want to lock the HICAS up for sure because I have already had to replace the rear control arms which cost a pretty penny.

This months SCC has a 300ZX suspesnion tech article and they mention the HICAS eliminator they used...
