HICAS an Option on 240SX SE?

This site: http://www.200sx.org/faq_1.html, says that Super Hicas was an option on the 240SX SE. I thought that HICAS was Japan only for the S14. Was Super HICAS actually available on the 240SX SE here in the states?

I havn't heard of anyone converting their S14 to HICAS in the states. I wonder how hard it would be? A looong time from now, after an SR20DET swap, I will probably try and do it to my car.

sounds like a plan. it'd be awesome probably. i mean all you would be doing is helping one of the best handling cars out there, hanlde better:D
