Great Z!!! Congrats. I have to agree w/ Rmezz13 the S2000 is an exceptional machine. A friend of mine has a supercharged S2000 built for nitrous, its pretty nuts. But its not a Z

Let me get this correct, you bought a Nismo 350z. Then de-Nismo-fied it? As in taking off the front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper, rear spoiler, 18 and 19 inch wheels, the Brembo brakes, and then replaced them with stock 350Z parts?

I bought a Nismo 350Z months ago, you can not tell me that you talked yourself into paying that premium for the Nismo package, to reverse it. That wouldnt make ANY sense.

To me, it looks like you have a regular base 350Z with bronze Nismo wheels.

The new (i don't know if its released in US yet) S2000 CR comes with a hard top but still has the rag top. You also can buy a hard top for the car if you like. In my mind its the only good looking sports car with a rag top when the top is up.

Yes Nick240sx...that's exactly what she did. Slapped some gold nismo rims on a stock base, and that made it a nismo...didn't you get the memo?? You did however forget the nismo exhaust... . Even if it HAD started out as a REAL nismo, I don't care how unhappy you are with the body components, NOBODY would change the braking system to the inferior stock set-up! Wouldn't the gold brembo's look better with the gold rims anyway? I wanna see some engine bay shots...is all the extra Nismo supports gone too ?? I'm just waiting to see the "Pep Boys" sunroof pop-up, and for her to say that was a dealership installed item that only she could get !!

No BlackSmoke, not same car as yours . Same color, not same in any other way except it's a 350Z. (Didn't you notice the base braking system peeking out from behind those rims?) Bet if ya got some interior shots, you would see NO cruse control, and NO bose setup as well...unless that was all taken out as part of De-Nismo-ing as well, as Nick240sx has already pointed out!

Welcome to NICO, I am also a newer member. However, my knowledge of cars is not considered new. I hate to break the news to you, but you did not purchase a nismo editiion, you just have the Bronze S-Tune rims. I will have to agree with the moderator, the S2000 is kind of a chick car. Yes those are nismo rims. However, they are not the ones that come on the Nismo edition 350Z.

i dont know how someone trys to fool people who know this car better then any other people by saying its a nismo but it just has the nismO rims please dont pull that thats like putting a type r bage on a stock civic it kinda gives the z a bad name just be honest when posting we know the truth we dont care if its base nismo touring ect.. a z is a z and we will love u and treat u the same just dont lie to us when we can clearly see thats not nismo have some respect for us u and ur z dont try and make it out to be somthing its not.

p.s. i have seen some s2k with 2jz's in them now those are amazeing u can also put the 2jz in the rx7 and the z

the S2K is a fine car......for a chick some cars are just not masculine, ever drive a miata, it's impossible to drive a small convertible and feel masculine, I feel the same way about the Z3, Z4, MR2 mk3, I know first hand the potential of the S2K, I bud just got a CR, it's an amazing car just not a masculine one and as much as I hate GM they did a good job of making the sky look a bit more masculine....but it needs and L6
