I am going to do a 5 speed swap for my vert and was wondering, since the cruise control will be gone but the switches will still be there. Could I use the switches for something like a elecrtic supercharger or a manual overide for my electric fans? I'm not sure wether the switch could handle the amps since it might be electronic instead of elecrtic.

Electric Supercharger? They don't work.

Here is another neat question... is there a way to fit 300zx style headlights on the vert?

just get teh aftermarket plug in one... usually on ebay. check out headlight conversions. They don't really sell that well though because light output is usually ***.

fitting the actual 300zx one would probably require a lot of drilling/modding/fitting/welding/fabbing work.

Phase 2 sells a set of fixed HL's.

300ZX lights are WAY too big for the 240sx.

The names escaped me while posting yesterday, that's why I said that instead of the actual brands, haha.

You'd be hard-pressed to find most of them now (the ones I was thinking of):

abflug, eastbear, believe there's a couple others.

Like AZHitman said, you can try phase2motortrend.com.

There's also raceonusa.com - they copy a lot of the authentic stuff, and last I remember they made a couple fixed HL designs.

http://www.importfan.com / cwings also makes a fixed headlight design - may not be on their website anymore after their redesign a year or so ago, so you have to call them up.

Other than that, you have to scour ebay & the classifieds on teh forums for ppl selling theirs.

Just so you know tho, basically all of them suck w/ light output since they are foglights... not driving lights.
