HI! Has anyone here converted from stock belts to a harness?

Hi yall! I am looking for a solution to the crappy seatbelt guides in my BMW Z3 and I came up with a great idea... this is where you come in.

I work at a Nissan dealership and am in love with the way the 370Z coupes' seat belts are "hung" from the panel. I need one of these pieces, but I checked with the parts dept. and it is intergrated with the whole seat belt. So, I was hoping to find some of yall who have upgraded to a 4 point harness, or any aftermarket restraint system to see if I could get that hanging guide off of you to see if I can put it in my Z.

I'm willing to trade cash or whatever you find helpful (remember I work at a dealership so I get great prices on everything)
