Just wanted to say Hi.

I am in the market for a nice, fun and quick sedan and am quite sure that I will be the owner of a G37 soon. Some of my desire is probably due to a light case of Midlife and not having owned a performance car of any kind in the last couple of years.

I have learned a lot here by lurking and hope to learn even more in the future.

Brian

Welcome, Brian. I won't kill you with any cheesy Jersey Shore jokes. Yay you!!! Anyways, It seems you've enjoyed your lurker time here, and so I wish you would continue to enjoy the rest of your stay. Also, remember to post pics of the G after its first bath by your hands, or machine using your money.

Thanks guys. As for the jersey shore, I also watch it occasionally but we don't actually act like they do here.

I am just waiting to find a good deal right now and when I find it I will get it. I am torn between the 37 and the 335. The reliability of the 335 scares me a little but is does drive great. The 37 was also a blast to drive and seemed about as fast as my old mustang in the upper rpm pull. Just didn't quite have the initial pull of the gt.

From what I have read, it seems that the 3.7 is pretty darn reliable and that will ultimately be what I am looking for. I do not have any plans for modding or racing. Just looking for a nice stock sedan that also is fun to play with.

I will still mostly be a lurker, I never really like posting that much, especially if people already post what I think is the right answer.

They tried to get clearance to film the Snooki/JWOWW show in Morristown, NJ near me. Morristown shut it down real quick. Kind of upsetting, I would have enjoyed spilling beer on them, maybe throwing a crow hopper or two.

OP welcome, in what part of the shore do you reside?
