I just joined the forums yesterday....I am really excited to find you guys! I'm a noob when it comes to working on cars. Going to be dropping in a new distributor with a mechanic neighbor helping tomorrow. My 1st job on my car! :ohno:

I have a 1997 Nissan Pathfinder which I absolutely LOVE! :) My dream is to turn it into a mini monster truck!

NICE! The distributor isn't too bad of a job... pretty good one to do as your first. Good luck. Post some pictures of the Pathfinder!

Welcome man, the Pathy is a great platform to turn into a off-road monster, do your research though because it is unlike most trucks/suvs out there.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys! :) I am so excited to be here and I can't wait to start planning my monster build! :) I need to get a back up vehicle for while its down first. It will be a while before I can do most of it. The distributor was a simple fix! We basically rebuilt my old one with the new parts. We left everything aligned so the timing didnt get screwed up! LOL Now its running again! :) YAY!
