What do you have stripped out of the interior?

My dad absolutly HATES that I have no backseats, or grill. If he saw my trunk I think he'd flip.

well i have taken out everything rear of the front seats, panels ,seats, carpet, most sound deadening and the front grill too and also the trunk is just empthy too. so all metal is basically what you see. i know its not fun to flame someone after they gave you permission.

Question still stands what year is your car? Nice I still got panels and some carpeting to remover, but that will probably be sometime in the spring (car will be down for about a week doing mods, full tune up, ect.). I guess the parents really don't like the race car look.

My dad took a ride in my car and when we got to the diner he was like "NEVER AGAIN!". The ride there went like this.Dad: You actually made the exhaust sound like that? You want it that way?Me: yeah I like how it sounds.Dad: Why is the ride so bumpy and low, this is annoying, didn't you put new struts in?Me: yeah dad when I was putting the new springs on (coilovers). It lowers the car and makes the ride more stiff.Dad (turning around): WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO WITH THE SEATS? and what is that rattling sound?Me (now thoroughly aggravated with stupid questions): It's to make the car lighter, plus I like how it looks. The rattling is the trunk.Dad: You actually think it looks good with no backseats?Me: yeah, my friends like it too.Dad: The car looked nice and you ruined it.Way to be supportive of my hobby.

hahah man i have the same opinions from my mom. my car is 95 s14 base model. and yes the rattling in the trunk seems to bother everyone except me. and my mom still thinks i just took the seats out to clean under them, and that was liek months ago.

Haha. I had to tell the cop I took them out to install my speakers.The rattling does bother me. All you need is a little rubber piece to stick in there, but I don't know where to go to buy a thick little round piece of self adhesive rubber, well doesn't even have to be self adhesive. I haven't really looked to hard either.

Do you think the car looks better with no grill, cause my dad and my friend hate it, but I think it looks so much better.

lol, man u guys have it bad. me and my dad stripped out an early 80 sunbird and were about to put a 263 in it but had to stop cuz i moved out and i have to pay rent now. my mom had a stripped out 350 camero when she was 19. Was fast as hell too. my dad got it 30 mi to the hospital in about 20min through traffic when she was pregnant with me.

welcome, i have a 95 base model s14 too. i only have aem intake, apex'i n1 dual and mods coming soon are...full tune up, dual 12" elec fan conver., full UR pulley set, then suspension...then save for turbo.
