Most recent is the EGR Tube. I had to order a new one. My local dealership said it was part number 14725-F4505. I have been waiting over a month. I called to follow up. Got the run around from them about they don't make this part anymore, might be a month, a year before it is shipped. I called some other places and gave them the part number. Same thing. One place I called asked for the VIN number. Gave it to him and he said I needed part number 14725-F4503. They had that part in stock and are shipping it out. What part is correct?

Yes they are the ones who helped me get the correct part. I called them yesterday. He was so helpfull and ordered the correct part for me. Said it should be here in 7 to 10 days. I don't know about my dealership. I myself have a 2011 Nissan Cube. It's been at the shop for 3 different things. Manufacture defects. Now I am waiting going on 2 weeks for rubber stripping for my window. Didnt think some piece of rubber would take so long.

Everything for the Cube takes a long time to get here, we ran into that ourselves. Not a lot of replacement parts in stock yet. Out of curiosity, what has been wrong with the Cube? Outs has been pretty solid, other than what we've done to it.

One problem was with the Air bag sensor light. The other was a defect in the rubber around the driver side door. Now it is the rubber something around the driver side window. Finally the part came in last Friday. Dropped the car off Monday night so they could start work Tuesday morning. They still have my car. Something about it's complicated they told me, they have to take out the whole driver's side window.. blah blah blah... It is all covered but still. I'm just getting tired of little things like this. Do you know since it is warrenty work. Do I have a right to request all of the paperwork? Not just the receipt that they give me with the summary on it. I want all of the paper work for my records. The last time it was in they showed me drawings because they had to adjust the mirror and some other things. I want all of that. Do you know am I entitled to that?

Oh yeah, I got the part for my daughters truck. That place was great.. I will just go to them from now on when I need to order something. I won't even bother with my local dealer.

Glad to hear you got the truck sorted out, and best of luck with the cube! Courtesy Nissan has a fantastic parts department, and great customer service. I've used them for quite a few OEM parts.
