I heard the new HHO kits can dramatically improve your cars fuel efficiency and increase HP as well. Has anyone installed one of these kits yet. This chick from my school claimed that her father had installed one of these hydrogen kits in his car (i guess she was talking about the HHO kit) and was saving lots of money gas. I didn't get into much detail with her since shes doesn't really know much about cars but from what I heard, even my mechanic is starting to order some kits for his shop too. I do not know if anyone here has installed something like this. Soon enough I will let you guys know after I see him.

Good news! I spoke with my mechanic today. His test unit which he installed in his car was working fine and key was to use distilled water and a tea spoon of baking soda in the container which prevented the water from getting dirty or somthing. I also asked him about water build up in the catalyst which I read somewhere he said there is no water leaving the engine period. The way he explained is that the explosions inside the car are much greater therefore if you have problems with cooling this should not be installed but any normal car will run with no problem. He said the new mixture produces a similar power to a 98-102 gasoline octane rating.
