Kinetix HFC's. $300 plus shipping if we buy these before the end of the year.

Sorry, I know I'm coming in here sounding like a PITA, but I've heard Vivek's car when it was raspy and how depressed he was because of it. He's gone through SOOOO many exhaust variations and the new one sounds really good.

I have resonated test pipes with my true dual exhaust and the drone at about 1600 - 1800 rpm kills me, esp. when under a slight load like going up a grade....it's so loud and deep...hopin I can get a better sound, be more legal(fairly important) , and get some backpressure back for torque. I been keepin an eye open round town for some too and these are a steal!

I'm still waiting on final decision from some people. Every sound clip i've heard with these HFC make me excited. I can't believe there isn't as much interest in these, especially for the price.

The way to be legal and better sound and exhaust flow. Plus its a better environmental choice.

Is promoting a Group Buy not a Conspiracy to further a Felony? In that changing oem [as built] cats that have not failed is a Felony violation of the Federal Clean Air Act, specifically emission tampering.Selling an emission tampered vehicle by submitting a passing emission certificate is Fraud. Submitting the certicificate is the Fraudulent transfer of a vehicle and can be grounds for overturning the Sales Contract and forcing seller to pay the cost of returning the vehicle to oem specifications by the courts.

Please understand what you might be getting into if you are caught.

It most certainly is not a felony.

You imply that for anyone to do anything associated with aftermarkets cats is committing a crime.

If that were the case manufacturers would be committing crime simply by making them. Companies who actually do the selling of them, well they would be facilitating criminal activity. Websites would be shut down.

On the contrary, I'm pushing for catalytic converters that reduce emissions unlike test pipes that do nothing. I have simply conversed with the manufacturer about the product and have arranged for people to purchase at a reduced cost.

Of all the things I have heard you say, this is the only thing that makes me question your judgement Q.
