USDM radiators have opposite sided hose ports than JDM model for SR20. USDM chassis has opposite side catch tank than JDM model so the overflow nipple points opposite direction when using a JDM radiator with USDM chassis. USDM wiring harnesses can be found easily in our handy classifieds. Auto to Manual is the same as the wiring harness. Its All found in our classifieds. and yes, the SR hooks up to factory exhaust. It will flow like crap with poor boost response but it will work. You can net 30 hp just by upgrading to a turbo sized after market exhaust and downpipe.

1. Have to, no.... should, Yes! I just finished my swap (about 200 kms ago) and will be upgrading to a new rad shortly. You may also want to invest in an oil cooler.

2. I would try any jdm engine company... or ebay

3. I would try sourcing out the parts. Classifieds, friends, people on the forum, ebay etc. Shouldnt be too tough to find what ya need

4. If you do that dont leave it like that... please! Get a full exhaust with a DP and you will thank yourself later.

Are you getting parts for your swap now? What do already got? what performance mods are done to your car already? The amount you spend on your sr20 swap really depends on what you want out of it in my opinion. There are lots of things you don't 'have' to do but should be if you are planning on getting the most out of your swap.

Tip: Budget a lot more than you have for your sr20 swap. It costs more than you think

ROFL, now it's in 240 Gen, hahaha.

For 5spd parts, check our classifieds for sale and WTB (want to buy) forums! We do have the most active Nissan-specific classifieds in the world...

1: NO

2:Why would you want a usdm harness for an sr20det? If you mean wiring service many sponsors here that can do it.

3:Ebay motors. Find someone selling ,say a clutch pedal contact them and ask them if they can find you Clutch pedal, brake pedal ( I just cut mine way, way to difficult or time consuming an install and not necessary to use the one on a manual. Then go to your local pep boys or murrays for the slave cylinder which goes on the transmission and the master cylinder which goes on the firewall behind the actual clutch pedal. Junkyards prices were the same as new screw them. as for the lines fabricate your own it is much easier than your thinking. also upgrade to a steelbraided clutch line. also available on ebay for about 25.00

4: highly recommend doing a 3" down pipe/ catback install with the sr

If you don't have the funds now, use the factory exhaust. It isn't going to kill you or the turbo any time soon. Factory exhaust is what they came with EVERYWHERE so you shouldn't have to upgrade to an aftermarket exhaust system anytime soon if you don't have the money.
