Hey there. New Here with a question

Hey there guys. Just joined up and bought my 2nd Nissan. Owned a Sentra when I was first married. Now I bought a 95 Nissan Altima GXE 5 speed, think I got a good Deal. Paid 3400.00 for it, its very clean inside and out, no leaks and motor is strong. Thought Id introduce myself. I bought the car to Get me back and forth from Arizona and California as we try to sell our house here in AZ. Moving to Cali for new job. I do have a question though.

THe only problem with the Altima is in the front end I believe. There is a sort of humming noise somewhere in the front end, the faster I go the faster the hum gets, or should I say, the pitch of the hum changes, gets higher. Maybe its not quite a hum, but its not a grinding noise either. Also, When I hit just over 65 mph there is some shaking in the front end. The faster I go the harder it shakes. It doesnt shake so hard that it feels like its going to come apart, yuou can still drive it, but I need to fix it. The car has brand new tires and I dont think its a balance issue with them. I was just wondering if you guys could point me in the right direction. Im mechanically inclined, so I can fix it if I know what it is. Im just not good at finding the problem.

Ill be in this forum alot now getting to know you all. I like to mod my cars. I plan on getting better suspension and anything to make it handle better than stock around the corners, so advice there would be cool. Well thanks for reading guys.

If you know for a fact it's not the balancing of the tires, most likely it's your alignment. Or worst case scenario, engine mount. Do you feel the shaking when at idle? If at a stop, does the shaking persist? And if so, if you put it in neutral, does it go away?
