Very busy. Apart from the new cutest puppy in the world, got a bathroom remodel going on too. :bigthumb:

Plans? Yes. Actions? Stifled. Lol. Got a blown PS rack, but I'm gonna try to rebuild it myself. The IPB and FSM makes it look easy-ish, but I know better lol.

I sold my Black Emerald 2+2 to Jay (MellowS13) before I left Cali. Not sure if I told you guys that or not. Just got the current stable in my profile. Still more than enough toys to keep me busy lmao.

Been doing well though. Working here at the Nissan plant in Smyrna doing security and electronics/fire systems maintenance. Awesome job. I've missed doing electronics work so much.

Bathroom remodel...cool!
I've done my share and recently helped my landlord's guy do ours...nice to be able to make it the way you want it.

GL with that rack, I looked at that myself awhile back but got a 40K used one instead, never used it and sold it.

Tons of fun, 2 Z32s in one 2-car garage, 2 engines out, 2 sets of valve covers and other misc accessories being prepped and painted. If nothing else this exercise has really taught me how to maximize usable space lol.

Pffffft, I won't ever be going back to Turkey. Worst country I've ever been to in my life. It was so bad there, I didn't even get off the boat the 2nd day. It was pretty there, but the people there are straight a$$holes. And you should post some pics of the batmobile swap, lol.

And Dcaff, I've made 0% progress in the past week or so. Christmas visiting (and stress) and now we're in shutdown at the plant so we're working pretty much every day on the maintenance side. Can't wait for things to get back to normal.

Both are NA, the black one is getting the good engine and TT trans, the blue one is being parted out. The engine in the black one was flooded and the inside of the intake manifold is so nasty that I imagine the engine is completely toast, the TB were locked up, I had to force them open with a small hammer and pick. So the DE from the black one will be becoming a coffee table (at least the block). Pretty much everything else on the blue one is up for grabs except the rear diff and my walbro 255.

what's up guys. im still alive and still have my car. glad to see people are still on here. ive been working in Calgary, AB for the last 2 years and have my car stored at my old man's house in ohio. i dabbled with selling it for awhile, and thought to just hang onto it. i probably have another 6-12 months here depending how the O&G sector goes and then most likely back to the states. if that's the case, i'll be upgrading to some 700's and letting her rip.

I was trying to get a job in Canadia after my return from kangarooland but instead settled on going to grad school here in Houston. So I guess what I am trying to say is: 1. Lucky you, 2. If you guys have a need for structural/civil/mechanical engineers, QA/QC personnel, CSU, QS, or anything in between please let me know, I would love to get back on a serious site and away from this commercial BS.

yeah living on canada is something. i'll have to get into it over a beer one of these times. overall it is a pretty positive experience living here. Really friendly people, no road rage, beautiful scenery, and beautiful women. downside its pretty damn expensive here even compared to some of the most expensive US cities. You get what you pay for I guess.

Anyway, I can post your resume up on the internal board, but I can't promise much these days as the oil and gas service sector is doing some major downsizing (im with schlumberger and you are probably reading a bit in the houston chronicle or the WSJ on it on a daily basis now adays). You never know though. You can email me at [email protected].

Ace, yeah I came back in June.

Brent, I'll doctor it up and send it your way, would love to get on with Schlumberger. Part of the reason I hopped on the commercial work is because O&G is in a bit of decline, but it never hurts to try.

Yeah a couple of weeks ago I saw that Halliburton laid off 1000 jobs but none of them were American jobs. Things are ugly right now with O&G industry.. Oil fell to new lows today.
