hey maxima people. i am currently more active on the 240 side of things but my buddy just totalled his maxima. pretty sure its the 95 through like 97 one. but he needs to remove his radio and he dont know how and i barely got to look at it. u guys know whats up and how to get it out? should be simple but insurance wants everything intact so things need to be squeaky clean when he is done otherwishe he would take the whole console out lol.

remove the shifter trim (it pops out)

remove the ac vents above the radio (it pulls out)

remove the screw that holds the ash tray in (its on the left, under where the shifter trim connected to the radio trim)

There are 4 screws that hold the center waterfall section in place

now pull the whole assembly out and unscrew the radio and remove the harness
