hey need some help!

hi guys,well yesterday i was just driving normally, and i hit boost at like 10lb then heard somthing that sounded like a coupler coming off ( if anyone knows what im talking about) then after that i coudnt get into boost and heard a jiggling and dinging noise. so i took off the turbo last night and felt the shaft play and wow i had way to much. my question is can i rebuild this turbo? here are some pics. also is this a s15 t28?

That is an S15 turbo. Its ball bearing which generally means it cannot be rebuilt. The argument goes both ways. But I am pretty sure that rebuilders just replace the entire center section. Which is quite expensive.
