Odds are that the parking brake is simply in need of adjustment, I've yet to see a Z32 with worn out parking brakes. The parking brake assembly is a drum set up inside of the rear rotors. It is very simple to adjust, just adjust the wheel cylinder like the old style drum brakes.
As for the brakes and other parts you are needing, I would recommend that you get familiar with the Z specific vendors out there, you will have more to choose from and typically better pricing and service. Look into the sponsors of this site first, you may also want to check out:

For the air intake, I would suggest looking into the JWT Pop Charger that can be found on any of the sites listed above. It is proven to be one of the best designs, works well and is cleanable.
The parts for the timing belt job can be purchased in kit form from a couple of the vendors listed above as well. Based on mileage, you would be best to buy the 120K kit which also provides replacements for the idler pulleys.
