Hey, since its winter now and when my car is outside int eh cold, wheever I start it up cold.. my idle is usually high. like 1300-1500.. then once the car warms up the idle goes down to 700 when at idle... this normal?

Perfectly normal, no need to worry unless high idle goes over 2k.
