hey im new

I have my 91 240sx fastback and it suddenly started having major lighting issues. my parking lights stay, side markers, and interior illumination all stay on when car is off and key out.
also i've unplugged the switch. pulled fuses under driver side kick panel, i found that if i one of the fuses out from under the hood on the bat side they finally shut off but don't work with out it in.

any ideas on what could be causing this???
i really need to fix this problem quickly
