Hmm how do you people think that billet grill will look if it was black instead of chrome? Or white on the outer part and the rest black?

I think that would look pretty good. But it would be more of a luxury look, rather than a sporty look. But it would haft to be powdercoated that way. I wouldnt reccomend paint

Yje outer lip would really only look good if it was color matched. I will try and photoshop something tomarro

I'm actually going to be buying the Carriageworks Billet Grille, but I'm going to have it sprayed with the Rhino Lining and then painted Black. I like it better than the T-Rex Billet grille. It doesn't have the big boarder around it. I know it's only a bolt on, compared to the T-Rex which is a full swap, but I still like it better...

You can buy it already painted black. I bought the polished upper grille and the black lower grille

Mcheddadi, I remember when you made that photoshop for me. I loved it but the part I ended up getting was the front lip.

Nice, then that's what I'm getting.

Mchedi, is the black a Matte finish, or is it's a polished black?

This is what I'm envisioning... but on a Precision Grey (which I have), I already have the Stillen Lip and painted 'stache.

I saw a altima sedan with that grill yesterday and it didnt look half bad. But he had it all chome, so it will look alot better painted black. Just make sure you do a gloss black. If you do a matte black, it will make the grill look plastic

Well yes powder coated probably. And it does replace the stache which is good. But what about that brace suppot thing? Would I have to remove that as well?

the black is a sort of semi-gloss black. it shines but it's not like a clear coat on black paint

If you get any of the billet grills, you don't haft to take the brace out. None of the grills out right now, make you take the brace out. I only did it, because I got the mesh and you could see the brace threw it. plus the Carriageworks Billet Grille is not a grill replacement, it just goes on over the stock, I believe.

You are correct Infantry, the Carriageworks grills is a Bolt-on. I'm fine with that, and no Mchedi, you didn't do that, i did. I remember you doing it for another thread, but I was too lazy to do a search so I did the photoshop work myself (which prolly was a little longer than it woulda taken to find your pic, lol).
