A lot of guys have used Hawks and been happy. I am using Satisfied and am happy but they are pricey ($200/set)

What kind of driving are you doing? Any time on the track? Autocross?

I really liked the Hawks.

You can find them on ebay for like $50-$60 shipped.

Just make sure you break them in properly.

You do realize that the "cross drilling" is purely for aesthetics right? They just put little dimples to make it look like holes.

Cross-Drilling is purely to make the rotor weaker and wear faster Sentient, duhhhh But i have the Hawks myself and paid around 50-60ish for them and they're wonderful with my Brembo Blanks, I'd advise them to anyone else buying

No, that would be dimpled rotors. Real QUALITY cross drilled rotors work well but probably not something that a daily driven street maxima would ever need. Plus most of the ones that are available tend to be weak and prone to cracking unless your spending major bucks.

As Mark said, quality cross drilled rotors do their job effectively. That job being carrying heat and gases away from the braking surface, thus, keeping the braking surface cooler and allowing for higher stress levels on the braking surfaces. The higher the heat on the braking surfaces, the sooner brake fade sets in. As most of us know, brake fade=BAD.

If you have ABS there should be a box next to your driver side strut tower with 4 brake lines coming out of it.

I know MoD has posted a picture of it somewhere...lemme see if I can find it...

No no no no no.

Powerslot doesn't believe in true cross-drilling on their rotors. That's why I said "you know they are purely for aesthetics right?"

The powerslot plus (?) have little dimples that resemble cross drilling when the brake dust gets embedded in them. Other than that, they are useless. I would just go for the cryo treated and call it a day.
