Whassup, y'all? Dang, it's been a minute since I've been in here...Absolutely nothing has been done to the PF, I still contribute nothing of use to the board, and I'm still not anyone of importance, aside from in the domain of my own imagination. That said, I'm still alive (Boston, I know you asked a while ago...yeah, I'm still kickin', thanks. Sorry I never got back to you.)...Seems like everything possible has landed on my shoulders in the last few months..CA DMV is breathing down my neck about cars I no longer own getting tickets and having past-due registration ('86 Stang GT and '74 Nova), trying to figure out what the hell to do for money when my wife chucks deuces to the Navy, and to top it all off, since I was homeschooled, NC colleges, as well as CAL FIRE out in Cali won't accept my diploma. Because it's not from an "accredited" institution. Wtf is that? So, now, after being preached to that I got a better education than most people, I now get to go my happy a** down to the local college and get a MotherEffing GED. Let's hear it for rock bottom. So, long story short, everything blows, NC still sucks (despite anything you might say, Boston...I despise this place), but there is one shred of good news. My wife, Jen, and I are expecting a child come February 8th. Score. Been a long time coming, but I guess someone is smiling (maybe more of a sarcastic smirk) on us and blessed us with that. So, even after all the crap, I have something to smile about at the end of the day. Ok, hope all is well with you guys.
