I have successfully installed an e-manage with the ignition and injector harnesses into my S13 KA. Let me dig up the info I posted on FA about it.
Edit: Here it is.
Quote »It's hard to find S13 KA E-manage wiring info, and it takes a few sources to piece everything together. Here's what I've found.
First off, your rotary switch settings will be 2 0 6. Make sure that's set properly. You won't need any other jumper or switch changes on the E-manage.

This is our ECU plug. This is a view from the rear of it, as it plugs into the ECU.
---Wire 1 (fat white) - Ignition. Intercept this for the ignition harness. The Yahoo list diagram is backwards - Ignition IN on the e-manage goes to the ECU side and Ignition OUT goes to the wire going to the engine.---Wire 16 (white) - MAF. Intercept this with the MAF wires. MAF IN on the e-manage is connected to the long side of the wire going to the engine, and MAF OUT connects to the ECU.---Wire 20 (white) - Throttle position sensor. Tap into this line, do *not* intercept it.---Wire 3 (yellow, red stripe) - RPM sensor. Again, just tap into this line. No tach if you hose this wire.---Wire 38/47 (black, white stripe) - SCREW YOU NISSAN FOR USING BLACK FOR POWER! anyways, this is the +12v line you should hit for E-manage power.---Wire 39/48 (black) - ground. Ground the E-manage here. Chassis ground is *not* sufficient, as ground potential differences will screw up sensitive stuff like MAFS and TPS.---101 - Injector 1 signal. Tap into this to monitor injector duty cycle and use additional injection maps.---110 - Injector 2 signal.---103 - Injector 3 signal.---112 - Injector 4 signal.
Make sure if you use the injector harness, you hook up all 4 wires, not just one!
---quick note - I ran the e-manage harnesses up behind the glove box and into it. The E-manage literally SNAPS into place in the bottom of the glove box, and there is even a trick little spot on the left-hand side of the glovebox to stash the wires. I have no camera, but it fits so perfectly there it's unreal. Looks pro.
