Hey everyone with the Pioneer 8000BT head Unit

Hey i had a question for the owners of this head unit, which i also own, i'm thinking about getting a blackberry as my next phone, does anyone know if it works with our unit? anyone tried it? because i'm not gonna get it if it doesn't work.

ive used a nokia 6630, motorola q9h, blackberry curve 8300, and blackberry storm with this headunit and never ever had a single issue.

I noticed the bt audio streaming to be better quality on the blackberries, but thats our little secret. enjoy

btw....the 8000? i think mines the 9000...double din? i forget, regardless, they are the same thing when it comes to bluetooth

phones without bluetooth...lol if it doesnt have a2dp bluetooth then it wont work with bt audio...but bt audio isnt that great since all you can do is change song...you cant see any info onscreen.

bluetooth is a standard like any other, if it has it its compatible all across the board, i.e USB

yeah see i know that but i thought i remember someone on here that couldn't get their phone to sync with it, i wanna say it was like a palm or something, but there problem might have been that they didn't have bluetooth, lol
