Hey guys, just joined, so thought i'd drop a hello. I've been an "active visitor" to this group for quite some time, but finally created an account.

A bit of an intro: currently in an 08 A/C 3.5SE 6spd, with a few minor changes (Greddy ti-c exhaust, Eibach Pro-kit, and Stillen lip spoiler). Next week, I'll be ordering an intake, still deciding, as well as some new shoes. I'll post pics when complete, ETA early august.
The Alti isnt my first Nissan, as I'm sure some of you can relate to. My first car was a 1997 200sx, bought new, and rebuilt several times over the course of 9yrs. Its final manifestation was a track car i drove daily. By track car, it was literally that. Gutted interior, boxed out suspension, 10pt roll cage, regeared transmission, fully built bluebird sr20det that barely idled at stop lights, etc. Def not something most people enjoyed commuting in with me, but perfect for weekends at the tracks near home. Blew that motor in 08, and decided it was time to upgrade, so i got my Alti 2 months later. Rest is history.

Well, that's a quick down and dirty.

Yea, I'm looking at about 3 or so hrs to get to Dallas, based on previous experience. Caravan down 35 works for me tho. Unfortunately, I'm deploying in Sept, so I'll be out of country until January. After that, I'm def game. Depending on the timing for the next meet, I may be able to squeeze a drive in beforehand.
Insane, where at in south OK are you? I'm actually on the southern side of the metro, between Tinker and Moore. If there's a few more guys in the OK area, I'd be game to meet up before I head out.

im sorry you didnt make it man, we were talking bad about you the whole time!!

but seriously all of us were trying to remember if you said you were gonna make it or not, all of us just remembered "isnt there supposed to be a sedan coming?" lol. well hopefully it wont be long before we have another one!

Thanks for the welcome all! Should be able to post some pics, of both the altima and 200sx (RIP) by early next week. And yea, if there's anything planned this summer for dallas/okc area, I can try to make it.
