Greetings to all!!!

I haven't been out here in a loooong time - but I STILL have my 06 M35x! And it's STILL my baby!

So, here's what I'm up to -

Just procured BC racing coil overs, should have them installed within the next week or so

Procured an Innovative chip/performance enhancer (stupid prolly, it was in my cart on Amazon, and checked out and accedently bought it - prolly subconciosuly lol)

Specifically use the Brakemotive drilled/slotted rotors/brakes (you can find the link or just serach eBay or Google for Brakemotie). Can't beat these! best ban go for the buck hands down!

I have 133k on my 06, and she's running NOICE!

So how you folks been? any old timers left out here?

Be good all!!

Da AXE

Welcome back, lol.

Many old timers are still here. Interested to know how that chip works out...I've always heard they are complete waste lol.

Man, Antz posts something and then AXE - wow, it's like a time warp. All we need is Ken in AZ and Blanco and it'll be just like old times. lol

Hey man glad to see the old crew still here!

I returned the chip, didn't even waste my time with it... Too intrusive, and pretty much useless after some research. Basically it tricks your air intake sensor making it think it's getting more air thus sending more fuel to adjust. Even after the ECU reset, our Ms learn the truth and then ECU fights with the input of the sensor and it's not good.

I did however install the BC coilovers and rear springs and struts...wooow they are nice! Lowered her about an inch perfectly all around,, set them to 15 but they still stiffer than stock and it corners like a slot car! And at a buck 25, feels like I'm standing still!

All is good with my M, now it's time for me to either resurface my rims or just buy new ones..been looking on tire rack at some nice stuff!! Limited budget will promptly restrict me to simply resurfacing them considering I bought what is supposed to be the good primer, silver metal color, and clear coat finish, that's my first option....

Next up... some minor cosmetic stuff like on my front bumper I have some deep scratches I need fixed... The thought of repainting the entire car gives me the doosh chills but I want it to match perfectly!

Any thoughts on repairing deep scratches?

Be good all!

Da Axe
