Hestitation under light load

Im getting a hesitation under part throttle acceleration. RB25 series 1, FMIC, Freddy IM, stock injectors running 13 psi. I checked all the grounds, cleaned the MAF, changed plugs to bcp6res gapped at .8 mm, and put liquid electrical tape on the coils. Starts right up but has a slight blip(RMP dips) every once in a while at idle. Im stumped, anybody have any suggestions?

What BOV do you have? Is the IACV set correctly? (screw full-in minus 1/4 turn)

Fixed the studder for the most part, i didn't have a filter on the MAF and the IC piping was obstructing the opening. Im gonna make a boost leak checker this weekend and see if my IC is leaking cause I'm breaking up while boosting.

Got around to checking for leaks today, found one in the IC and the BOV wasn't sealing properly after opening. I just tightened down the adjustment spring and a friend welded the hole in the IC. Car drives and idles great but I'm still getting fuel cutoff i think from the MAF getting to much air.
