I have a S1 Rb25 in my S13 for a couple of months now and im having a problem only at WOT. Doesnt matter how many lbs im boosting as soon as I mash the throttle the hesitation begins, but if I let off a little it starts to pull hard. . . . .WTF? Anybody else have had this problem? The only thing I could thing of is running a Quest alt to bring up the volts.

The coils are fine, inspected all of them. . .no corrosion. The car pulls hard at part throttle, why not at WOT?

check timing... vac/boost leaks... mine did the same thing... give the coils a coat of epoxy..let it dry for a day and set-up. it will be a cheap and easy way to really see if it is your coils..let me remind you they may look good. so did mine.. but on the inside, there 16+ years old dude.

Looking at them means nothing. I'd bet $20 you have weak coils. You can try closing the gap on the plugs to kind of bandaid the situation, but the coils are probably the root of the problem.
