My car has been broken for over a month and it sat. I recently replaced a stock flywheel and it now can drive. Durring the down time the car has gained a kocking problem. Now when I accelerate the car, it will hesitate. I can get barely get pass 40mph and it doesn't go above 2k rpms. Any ideas of what could be wrong is helpful.

check ut timing....i had a similar prob of hesitation, running rich, and would not rev over 4 grand. Turned out to be timing.

If it doesnt go above 2000 rpms it is probably the ECU limiting your revs because someting important is broken / not hooked up. Check your ECU codes. If you dont know how, check the faq or do a search.

alright i got this resolved already by playing with the intake and something else, but now i'm yet at the problem i was at before  bolt came loose from torque converter or flywheel again (grinding sound makes me :( ). damn transmission problems. torque specs for them is all i need. i miss driving my car :(

I had hesitation also and it turned out to be a bad EGR valve but that doesnt sound like your situation ... to test just take the vaccuum line off the top and put a screw in it and take for a test run.
