hesitation problems

my car hesitates alot during 2 - 3 k rpm. it doesn't run smoothly during the rpm. daily driving is okay but when i want to take the car for a cruise, my car starts acting up and bogging a bit. i replaced the mafs, sparks. but still haven't thought about what it could be. maybe the o2 sensor, or the distributor? i am guessing on those two, but if anyone can help thank you very much.

Try cleaning the TPS sensor. Blow out the connector scrap the pins. Just an idea
