Hesitation problem, yet different...

As many of you (hopefully) remember, I rebuilt my motor over the summer. It had been running fine for a couple of months now, with me only driving it on the weekends (I'm here at school.)

Lately, though, it has been having a hesitation problem. After about 10 minutes of driving, it will start to have a small misfire / hesitation problem, just a slight hiccup when you hold the gas. But then after about 5 minutes of doing this, it goes back to normal, revving fine.

It does this every time I drive it, and since most of my driving around here is less than 30 minutes or so, it's getting kind of annoying.

I don't have my tools up here so I can't check a damn thing really, which sucks because the check engine light will flash occasionally and I would like to see what the problem is.

Any ideas?

you gotta check the code I am guessing possibly and O2 issue but hard to say. Try to get some codes.
