I started to up the boost today on my profec b 2, i set low at 10 psi and

high at 13 psi, i did a few pulls to redline, like 10. after 20 minutes of

driving, the car would hesitate more and more as i reved to redline, now it

wont rev past 4500~4600 from 3rd to 5th and 2nd will rev to like ~5300.

1st will rev almost all the way to 6500 which is where i stop revin it. When

it stops revin higher, it pops and studders badly. I pulled the 1st spark

plug and it was very black. Is it running very rich? Think i have a boostleak?

I tried to check for codes on my car but I have no LED on my ecu. Is there

any other way to check for codes or do i have to take it to some1 and have

them put a LED in it and where does it go if i have to get this done. THanks

all.

Sounds like a boost leak. Cap off the intake and blow some air through the FPR vacuum line into the intake manifold to pressurize the system. Quick and easy to do.
