Every morning on my drive to school my Z seems to hesitate, but this hesitation is fixed when i let go of the gas and then push it back down....what can be causing this?

Also I think my clutch might be slipping because at times (especially on cold starts) the RPMs rise with no power going to the wheels but then all of a sudden the RPMs drop back to normal and I get power.

To tell if your clutch is on its way out get out on the highway, put it in 5th at around 50 or 60 and floor it, if the rpms fly up then the clutch is on its last leg. The hesitation is probably related to maf being dirty and tps not reading correctly. Check the FSM for testing procedures and symptoms, Section EF EC page 42.
