hesitating

My car hesitates when I am at low rpms and when I lightly press the accelerator, it does it most times when I am at a higher gear with low rims, as soon as I press the gas harder it picks right up. I changed my spark plugs to the pfbr11 the colder plugs because the unichip that I installed recommended the plugs and for the first 50 miles I changed them it did not do it, I also changed the fuel filter and the first maybe 10 miles it did not do it either. The one thing that I did bad was when I changed the plugs I put auto light in and I am changing them back to ngks,but it did it before I changed them the first time, also idles real rough when the motor is hot and has ran for a while, it almost wants to s*** off, and also I hear a clicking noise in the front left cylinder, it sound like where the coil pack is at it kind of sounds like its arching but I can not see anything wrong with the coil pack, and the last thing is that same cylinder that makes that sound when I took the plug out it was a little lean, it was whiter than all the others, and the plugs were only 5k old.
