Hesitating on bumps...why?

I just replaced the cat, piping, pre-muffler, and added a dtm muffler yesterday. driving to work today i noticed that everytime my car hits a bump(mostly on the drivers side), the car would bog down or hesitate for a second. also, if i stop right afer that, the car will begin to idle funny ( as in fluctuating between 400 and 700) and it also stalled once while this happened. anyone know what the hell is wrong??? this is totally confusing me!!!

Could be your MAFs wiring, I'd check to make sure its properly grounded, everytime you hit a bump it might be jiggling the wire loose...
