First off i have searched the topic and from what i have found im still a bit lost.

I have a red top SR, it runs and idles perfect at initial startup and accelerates smoothly through all gears. My problem is that after i have driven the car whether the engine is hot or cold when i come to a stop (intersection) the idle dips, trys to recover and eventually will recover but i often need to assist it. This happens for about 30 seconds befor it regains perfect idle. Does anyone have any suggestions on what this could be and also how i could fix it.

Thanks

Craig

Do you have an atmospheric BOV. If you do you may need an S-AFC to compensate for this.It may also be your Idle air control valve(IACV), Make sure this is cleaned out and or make sure its wired up right.

Good luck,
