I have a 2004 Nissan Pathfinder 2wd.

I am ordering:

- Hankook Dynapro RF10 in 265/70/17
-OME 1.75" lift Springs
-Camber Alignment Kit

Also Just purchased:
-Front Bull Bar
-New Belts

I have been told my shocks/Struts are pretty good right now, so to keep cost down since my car is sagging haha I am going to just do the springs. Am I missing anything, I did the search, I just want to make sure from the R50 Raising capitans on here, that ill be good with that?

Scratch that plan, The OME springs are out of stock for weeks apparently. I guess I am going for the 2" Lift.

Ok looks like AC coils are on their way today, should be here by friday since I am not far from 4x4 parts. Tires are being picked up tomm, and I order rear shocks, b/c apparently the front is good, but the rears stock are too short for the lift.

Man I am excited, I bought a cheaper bull bar from ebay, since its just for the look.

Replace the front struts, new OEM Nissan strut bearings and tower mounts.

I am a little poor lol after all this Empty and I have been told already that my front shocks are good to go, so it will have to wait. The tower mounts though I will look into and the bearings. I assume those are pretty pricey?

By the way, after doing some reading, I am see alot about spacers, is this a necessity for the tire sizes I am getting? I am using my stock 17" on the LE 04, which is like a 6 spoke concave wheel. If I need spacers, where do I get these, and how big do I need them, I am not a fan of spacers but if its need for the stocks for now, I guess I will run them?

From what I've read, with a 265/70-17 tire you will need wheels spacers or run the risk of the tires coming in contact with the struts. Or get new wheels with the proper backspacing, but that's quite a bit more money than just a pair of wheel spacers.
You can get them at ruggedrocksoffroad.com

EDIT:
Just realized I had typed ruggedrocks.com but it redirects to the correct address, so all is good.

Just ordered them lol, I dont want to waste time. I ordered the 1.5" ones from there, apparently that is what is recommended on this site. I am scared of spacers, hopefully my studs dont break, b/c spacers tend to put more stress on them.

Dude if you've got $100 for spacers you can drop $200 on a set of struts and shocks. eBaY KYB GR-2 Struts & Shocks. That's just 1 of 35 current KYB GR-2 ebay auctions, If you're going to do it, do it right. If you can't afford to do it, then don't. There is a short thread about lifting with stock suspension, I suggest you check it out.

I understand, I am going to at least do the rears for now. I am just tight, and I need to do it decently. Honestly, I am going to be installing it myself, and I have access to spring compressors and a lift, so its not that big of a deal. It will only be like this for about 3-4 months, so its not a HUGE deal i would think.

No can do, Need to put my new tires on asap, and my springs are done. If I hit a bump with someone in the back, it bottoms out and sounds horrible. I am pretty psyched though, my car is going to look completely different and I know even with the fronts not change it will still ride better then the way it does right now.

I feel like I am driving an atv at times lol, maybe an atv rides smoother then my car right now.

Go figure, I ordered the springs from 4x4parts and looks like you guys were right. They ship the parts out and then I am missing one so I can do the spring install. Then I call them to tell them its missing and they have the balls to tell me that they shipped my stuff out as a courtesy the next day so it would be to me by friday. I was like WHAT?, so you have a product in stock, but they try and make themselves sound better by calling me stupid pretty much. I was like, if you have day in stock, i understand if it cant go out day of, but the next day i would expect it to.

This is always the part I hate about ordering from all these companies, b/c the second they screw up, the reason it got to me quick is bc it was a "courtesy", what bull.

Well that blows. I remember I called them a while back to get the part number of the Bilstein 5100 shocks they're selling and they told me they didn't know what it was. I'm probably going to cal bilstein and ask them if they can look up their account and check their PO's for the part #'s. BTW I tried to reply to your PM and kept getting this BS message "Some users couldn’t be added as they have disabled private message receipt." So here's my reply: I lifted it probably about 15K miles ago and the springs have settled just a little so it's not as tight as it was at first. I'm about to switch from the OME to AC springs to gain a little more height and hopefully stiffen it up even more. I think my old tires were 245/65R16's which is about a 28.5" diameter.

Thanks Billy, you are the man, I still envy you b/c I truly do love the front end on the QX. I was worried, b/c with your new wheel/tire setup it looks really good, but it looked kinda weak sauce with the stocks. I bought 265/70/17's so I think mine should look pretty good for now, till I can figure out EXACTLY what I am doing for wheels. Ill check on the pm thing, didnt know their were options to fix it.

I am thinking of starting a thread of installing the springs, with pictures, but I am not exactly a pro, so dont want to give bad advice haha.
