hi i have a 1993 ka24de dohc 240Sx my car recently has some issues unstable idle(goes to 1000Rpm then back to 800 and stays a 800 but shaky like wanting to stall, when im on the road if i go slowly just cruising my car starts to shake back and forth back and forth like wnating to stall but really it satrts like jumping back and forth back and forth. So if I floor it it doesnt respond to the acceleration and keeps on with the show only sometimes he reacts and accelerate it normaly happens when im slowing down and when I accelerate again it goes to the kangaroon thing.What i have done is: I have cleaned the MAF sensor with MAF sensor cleaning, clean the throttle with throttle cleaner i had disconnected all of the vaccum tubing exept for the one that goes to the Fuel pressure regulator rempved the EGR and the Pair. Cant check my Injectors cause theyr hard to pull out i have checked my sparks and theyr good and new cause recently ai have changed them to platinum NGK.selaed the EGR hole and the pair valve hole the carcoal canister remains I ahve also cleaned the IACV valve with carb and choke cleaner.Recently got the Fuel pump out to clean it it was dirty but now its not or should I say the filter of the fuel pump.Checked that there was no ground that wasnt working with the motor and checked the OMH and they were below 2 OMH the TPS seems to be working fine just got it adjusted to be sending the kind of voltage it should between 0.45-0.55 got it to 0.50. IS there anything else you guys and smart people can suggest im kinda giving up n my car since I just cant find it!!

All your vaccums are unhooked? WAs the car completely bone stock befor esealing all these things up and disconncting? Could be just the $10 fuel filter. Or crack in brake booster line, or any vaccum source disconnected.

can you borrow someones s13 MAFS around there? even if you clean it .. it can still be malfunctioning.. just the way MAFS are. i borrowed my friends and it worked perfectly.. all my problems went away. try that. borrow someones MAFS..switch it out and see if your problems still occur. if not.. then solved.. if so.. then its not the MAFS. also it might be your ECU. someone here had a similar problem.. turned out to be a bad ECU.

I replaced he fuel filter with a 300ZX fuel filter one so the it has it doesnt have a month of use. and no the car came with all or almoust all the vaccums I just disconnected them cause they robbed me Hp and to make some space. I havent checked the brake booster so I will todayforgot to mention when I start the car it idled in 800rpm but going up and down slowly (rpm) i disconnect the MAf snesor and voula problem solved the car idles up good but around 900, 1000 (rpm) but if I let the MAF sensor disconnected when I rev the car up to 2700 it bogs up maybe because it does not have the MAF sensor connected. I havent checked the injectors cause they are so hard to take out that I started doing it and the paltic of the injector began to tear. havent checked the Fuel pressure regulator, dont know what else to do today Ill take out my throttle and give it a hell of a clean. Can anyone help me please its my daily driven car without it I cannot make money or I will have to end up selling it after all the things that I putted into the motor like Eagle rods new crankshaft ...

i still think you need a new MAFS. just get a new one. disconnected it.. it means its bad if the problem lightens up. nevertheless.. you cant run right without it. try getting a new one? or one that you knoe works from the car it came on. i think you can get one for like $50 shipped maybe?

You disconnected all of your vaccum because it robs you of hp.... you know there is some critical ones there that you need or you lose hp because of vaccum leaks
