Here are a couple of new Q pics below.

Does it have LOOK?

No doubt it pays homage to Howard A. "Dutch" Darren with the C pillar and possibly the rear door lift. The front makes me think about Virgil Exner's idea of the future. The tail seems like Raymond Lowey. I guess you call it a "retro" fusion design.

Conspicuously absent are influences from Elwood Engle and Harley Earl.

Overall it should attract a lot of attention and looker trips to the showrooms that Infiniti definitely needs right now.

Looks rather smallish and ordinary to me - Certainly doesn't exude luxury.

I'm not feeling it.

Hyundai rear, Jaguar nose?

I like the proportions -- the long nose, the even-looking greenhouse to body height ratio, the distance from the dash to the front axle. The details are odd though.

Throwing the Q designation at cars that don't deserve it shows how desperate and intellectually bankrupt Infiniti has become. So sad.

Hell, even Cadillac is building one.

Infiniti is a bit lost in a fog, perhaps not as badly as Lincoln or Acura, but still wandering. I know Nissan has the engineering capability to do it. The QX56, while ugly, has a world-class interior with well-integrated technology and unusually good driving dynamics for a house on wheels.
