... Well, it helps too if one truly knows the difference between barbecue and grilling; most don't. And if big-brand-bottled sauces are in the mix, FORGET IT! Mix it or nix it.

I spent 3 months down in the Keys last year and was DYING to find some good barbecue, couldn't find it at all. The closest was this joint on the north side of the island near-by the Marshalls, and the only thing they did right was the pork. The beef was far too sweet and didn't have enough moisture in it.
