I have now taken my valve out of my head and was wondering if there was a certain way or tool that I needed to use to remove my old valve seals. I tried a number of ways to take them out but I was afraid that if I tried to hard with the wrong tool that I would scar the valve houseing.So any help would be nice.

Just check out the FSM and see what tool they use.

I would use a pair of valve stem seal removers personally.
