Nice read. I wasn't aware of the following being a recall.

Great article! I wish my M would have came with the 1.6 L V8 with the same HP/Torque ratings...probably be getting over 30 mpg right now (obviously a typo at the bottom stats). Agree with the '60's hotrod thing!
