I was wondering when you would be posting some pics of your work up... reminds me of when I did mobile installs..have you done any fiberglass modification to your Versa ? you do nice work over at http://www.santafeautosounds.com/

Thanks, That range rover that you posted is Larry Johnsons that playes for the KC Chiefs, and he refered this other guy. and i have only done my A-pillers in my car i molded in some different tweeters, but there is more to come i just never have the time.

Me and two other guys at the shop i work at all do fiberglass, what do you have in mind?? I did 95% of the box on my first post.

I'm looking into kickpanels, simply because my speakers are way too huge for the doors and I'm not much of a fan of fiberglass door panels. If you're interested, I can get you the measurements of the speakers.

Sure i was thinking of doing some in my car as well, what kind and size are they? Fibreglass is fun and your right it is itchy, kicks are nice and easy, that box i did for that range sucked because i had to get upside down. Just let me know.

They are Mpyre M65s, which are basically Adire Extremis 6.8s, but they are 4 ohms. They aren't very popular, and aren't even produced anymore, but they are pretty damn good midbass drivers, up there with Seas, Morel, Scan Speak, Tang Band and others on that level. The magnet is huge (I think the depth is over 3 inches, I can get you all of the exact measurements if you need them), which prevents my windows from rolling down completely. I definitely want to have this done, so just name me a price and tell me how we will work this out. Thanks.

If you can get me the spec sheet i can get started, also are you wanting them to be aimed and have really good image, or just close. Also what material do you want the covered with? Im thinking i will do it for the cost of materials and, $400.00and that price is based on labor for about a day. and depending on how you want them finished, texture coated and paint, vinal, carpet?Let me know what you think. And also do you want them conected to the kick panel/door seel, or a seperate pod.

I'm thinking of separate pods. I want them to look as close to stock as possible, so I'll probably go with vinyl or carpet. What would it run me with that setup?

im thinking 400 parts and labor and shiping with seperate pods and carpet to match just let me know what color carpet and the specs on the woofer, and i can get started maybe thursday and i can take some pics and do a write up for the site if you want. David
