helppppppppppp!!!! need spring and control arm!!!! asap!!!!

does anyone out there have just a front coil spring lying around!!!!! i dont need the strut!!!!!everyone wants to sell me the whole thing and thats too costly for shipping!!!!! i also nee the front passenger lower control arm with ball joint!!!! and a drivers side headlamp!!!! please anyone that can get me one at a junk yard for cheap or even email me the junkyards name and # @ [email protected] it would be greatly appriciated!!! as i am haveing a hard time finding parts for my car here in p.e.i canada and funds are limited right now as i am unemployed at the moment!!!! thanks kevin in eastern canada!!! ps everone here has never seen one off these cars before and i get is that a jaguar alot!!!!! LOL!!!!
