HELPPPPPp Dash Light And Tail Light Wont go off

HELP ME PLEase couple day ago i change a new battery .. then i ACCIDENTLY put the negative wired into the positive and positive into NEg.... after realise how stupid that move was .. i had to change a couple fuse.. .. now the problem is .. my Dash Light and tail light won't go off.. i have to unplug the battery everytime dont' use the car help me pleaseeeee
