I need help you guys asap cause I'm trying to get my daily back on the road. Just rebuilt it about 600 miles ago. Has been running fine. Then it developed a timing chain rattle. I drove it like this for about a week and noticed towards the end of the week it bogging down a little like it wasn't getting full power under acceleration. So I decided it's time to fix it. So I pulled the valve cover and front upper timing cover off and other necessities and noticed the lower timing chain tensioner was stuck in. So I went to the store to get a new one just to be safe and obviously I have to wait a week for it to get here. :tisk: So I went to put it all back together cause its my only way back and forth to work. I took it apart with it in tdc btw. And get it all back together and no crank. It pops out of the exhaust like it's out of time. So I checked all my timing marks and put it on tdc and took it back apart to make sure it was on tdc. Checked the following. Top of compression stroke on cylinder 1. Second notch on the crank pulley, rotor pointing at cylinder one, dot on the idler pulley in correct spot, both cams pointing outwards. Everything is perfect. Checked compression, checked spark on all cylinders, fuel on all cylinders, changed distributor, changed ecu, tried flipping rotor. I'm pulling my hair out and don't have a way to work . Someone helpp!!! Only thing I found is one of my knock sensor wires is ripped out but that shouldn't stop it from cranking should it?!?! Any ideas guys?!

upload the video to youtube or photobucket or something.
I'd try rotating your distributor hard one way and then the other just to see if you can get it to stumble. Its real easy to be off a tooth.
