HELPP s13 squealing noise??

what's up nico?? okay so i have ka24e and recently replaced the transmission with a used one and had a new clutch installed, i've noticed that when the car is in motion it makes a squealing sound like nails on a chalkboard, now i've tried different things to try and diagnose the sound but can't find out where it's coming from. so when the car is in motion, the speed of the car doesn't affect the sound in terms of it being a faster or slower squeal. when it's in motion and i engage the clutch it doesn't go away , whether it's in gear or not doesn't make a difference either. when i come to a COMPLETE stop it goes away. so i thought it could be the brakes but i notice that when i'm coming to a stop i could hear the brakes squeal aside from the unknown noise, so it doesn't seem as if they're the same thing. ANY HELP would be appreciated. thanks!!

when the new clutch was installed did they put in a new piloit bearingand a new throw out bearing?
