A little more detail would help.

1. Was it running before you tore everything apart?
2. Did you put everything back together in the correct position/order?
3. What all did you mess with?
4. What did you use to clean the injectors and how did you go about it?
5. Did you reconnect the battery? (sounds dumb, but a lot of people forget this lol)

Thats what i would suggest, check that the battery is good/connected. I forgot to disconnect mine during a plenum pull and the security light on the inside killed the battery....freaked me out when i got it all back together and it didnt run. Look at it again and let us know whats up.

What did you use the cleaner on? If you used that stuff on the injectors, very possible you may have fried them. It sounds odd but make sure you have the fuel hose correctly connected and not on backwards, its very easy to do. After you check for pressure, make sure you have spark. If spark is there see if the ECU has any trouble codes.

I cheked for fuel pressure n it marked 15psi I'm guessing its the fuel pump. Well on the injectors i sprayed at them thru thr bottom while they where on the fuel rail, then ones i took them off i soaked them in thinner.. on the ecu well i read it wnt spit anything if it was changed which i did...

15psi where? at idle after the fuel filter? with IGN on ? gotta give more specifics but yeah 15psi is waaaaay to low, static pressure on these cars is supposed to be like 35 or 45psi (not exactly sure, its somewhere in the FSM)
